This holiday favorite gets a breath of new life with David and Elyse Roxander's full length production (premiered in 2010). Following the matinee performances on Saturday, Dec. 10 & 17 and Sunday, Dec. 11, visit the “Kingdom of the Sweets” and get a photo and autograph from the Sugar Plum Fairy, Clara, the Nutcracker and several other stars (additional $10 ticket needed. The Craterian Music Hall opens its season with a A Gospel Christmas. The show features last season’s I Have A Dreamband with Bishop Mayfield, Lisa Yriarte, Jade Chavis Watt, Jennifer dePuglia, Donnie Yance, David Bolen, Jack Hopfinger and Musical Director Don Harriss. Based on the beloved, timeless film, this heartwarming musical adaption features 17 of Irving Berlin's songs.

Veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis have a successful song and dance act after World War II. With romance in mind, the two follow a duo of beautiful singing sisters en route to their Christmas show at a Vermont lodge, which just happens to be owned by Bob and Phil's former army commander.

The dazzling score features well loved standards including Blue Skies, I Love A Piano, How Deep Is The Ocean and the holiday favorite, White Christmas.

White Christmas is an uplifting musical perfect for everyone in the family.

Stillpoint Dance Studio presents a dazzling production each year with lavish grandeur which cannot be matched in the Rogue Valley. This years production of The Nutcracker transports audiences into the realm of childhood imagination with opulent costumes and stunning sets that include a giant Christmas tree that grows before your eyes. The foundation of this wonderful production however is the dancing. This caliber of ballet is uncommon in small towns like Grants Pass, however, artistic director and studio owner Penny King has provided the area with exceptional ballet training. Collaborating with Sylvia Bolton, the two instructors together produce dancers who can not only bedazzle audiences but also pursue careers with dance companies all over the United States. The splendid choreography and Tchaikovsky’s glorious score are the bedrock of Stillpoint Dance Studio’s Nutcracker Ballet. 

This year, for two shows only, Oregon Ballet Theatre Principals, Brian Simcoe and Xuan Cheng join the cast to dance an incredible Pas De Deux.
